PAYMENT OPTIONS :

Bank Transfer 

• We do accept bank transfer as our payment method for any order within Malaysia. You go to the CONTACT page and stated the item you wish to purchase as the subject title. Alternately, you could place your order by email to [email protected]. Kindly include your order details and personal informations (Name, Address & Contact Number) in the email and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

PayPal

• We accept PayPal as the payment method for any direct purchase on our web store. PayPal allow you to make payment via "Debit / Credit Card or PayPal account". Once you have fill up all your Contact Information, click on PAY WITH PAYPAL and you will be directed to PayPal portal with your order information. At the PayPal portal, you have the option to choose "Pay with PayPal" or" Pay with Debit or Credit Card". If you have a PayPal account please log in to your PayPal and make the payment. Simple as that.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY :

• All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days. A tracking number will be provided for all domestic orders once the parcel/package has been shipped out. Therefore, kindly provide us your email address in your purchase details so that we could email you the tracking number. In any case of parcel/package returned by our courier partner and need to be resend to you due to incorrect address or was not picked up at the courier outlet during specified period, you will need to bear the shipping incurred for resending back the parcel/package to you.
  

Domestic Shipment

• We are using PosLaju as our domestic courier partner. The estimated shipping time for deliveries within West Malaysia would take approximately 3-4 working days, An additional day usually required for deliveries within East Malaysia or rural addresses. Please take note that only residential or commercial addresses are accepted. We will not send any parcel/package to a P.O.Box.
  

International

AIR MAIL (Trackable) 

• International shipping may costs differently depending from which country you placed your ordered from and is shipped by Malaysia PosLaju. The service is trackable and may take 10-14 business days depending on your location and any customs issues you may have, like import duties or taxes which may cause delays. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched so you can track your item, no signature is required on delivery. 

• Once payment has been received we will dispatch your order within 1-2 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and Customs issues and are therefore only indicative. All import duties and/or taxes are to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local Customs office for additional information.

 Delivery Policy

• After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Manualwhatmanual containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
  
• We will make every attempt to process your order within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, all orders placed on a Weekend, or Public Holiday, will be processed on the next available business day. In the event that a product is unavailable we will notify you by email if we cannot fulfil your order or if there will be any delays.
  

EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

• We will only allowed exchange when you have received a wrong order in terms of items & size. Exchange are only permitted up to 14 days after delivery with the condition of original sold, and it must include a copy of the invoice showing the buyer's name. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

• We value the importance of privacy. Therefore, we do not collect your personal identifiable information on this web store without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. Besides, we will not disclose your information to any third party.
